Common questions

How do I create or join a prayer circle? Open the app, tap to create a circle, and share the invite link, or enter an invite code to join one.
How does finding friends from my contacts work? Allow contacts access when prompted while adding a circle member. The app matches phone numbers from your address book against members who have chosen to be discoverable and have verified the matching number. You do not need to add your own phone number to search your contacts. Every circle member can use this feature, not only the circle admin. Contact names are never uploaded, and the numbers are not stored on our servers.
Who can invite someone to a circle? Every circle member can search for a discoverable person or find them through contact matching. If a regular member selects someone, the circle admin must approve the suggestion before the person receives an invitation. Invitations sent by the circle admin do not need another approval. The invited person must always accept before they become a circle member.
I didn't receive my phone verification code. Check that the number is entered correctly and your phone has signal, then request a new code. Codes arrive by text message, and message and data rates may apply. If it still doesn't arrive, email us.
What text messages does covered. send? Only one-time phone verification codes, and only when you request one by adding or confirming a phone number. We never send marketing or promotional texts. You get one message per request; message and data rates may apply.
How do I stop text messages (STOP / HELP)? Reply STOP to any message from us and we'll stop sending verification texts to that number. Reply HELP, or email contact@bilskiapps.com, for help. You can also remove your phone number in Profile → Edit profile, which stops verification texts and prevents other users from finding you by matching that number. Adding a phone number is always optional — it is never required to use covered. or to subscribe. Full details are in the SMS program terms.
How do I manage notifications? Go to Profile → Notification settings. You can turn each category of notification on or off individually.
What are archived prayers? Prayers that have been quiet for a while are archived automatically to keep your list fresh. You can find them under Archived Prayers and restore any of them at any time.
Can other users find my profile? Only if you allow it. You can turn discoverability on or off in Profile → Edit profile. When it's off, you won't appear in name search or contact matching.
How do I report content or block someone? Use the report option on any prayer or note, or block a user from their profile. Every report comes straight to us and we review it as quickly as we can.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased from. On iPhone: open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions and select covered. Pro. On Android: open the Google Play app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase? Open the Pro screen in the app and tap "Restore purchases" on the device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you purchased with.
How do I delete my account? Go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and data. You can also email us to request deletion.
How do I make a privacy request? Email contact@bilskiapps.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" to request a copy, correction, export, or deletion of your data.
