These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and covered. ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the covered. app and services. By downloading or using covered., you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use covered.. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or interfere with its operation.
You retain ownership of the prayer requests, notes, and photos you create ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and display your User Content solely to operate the app and show it to the circles you choose.
To keep the community safe, covered. provides tools to report objectionable content and to block abusive users. We review reports and will remove violating content and remove offending users, typically within 24 hours of a report. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
covered. is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, covered. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using covered. and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
covered. is currently offered in the United States. We may make it available in additional regions in the future.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the app publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
